At DigiBog, operated by Nomad House LLC, we sell digital downloadable products. Every purchase is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee.
1. If Your Download Did Not Arrive
If you were charged but did not get your file, contact us and we will deliver it to you. That is the first thing we do, and it solves it almost every time. There is no time limit on asking us for help getting a file you paid for.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If a product is not right for you, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason, and there is nothing to send back — the files are yours to keep or delete.
3. Refunds We Issue at Any Time
These are refunded whenever they happen, inside or outside the 30-day window:
- You never received access to your download and we are unable to deliver it to you
- The file is corrupted or defective and we cannot provide a working replacement
- You were charged more than once for the same product (duplicate charge)
4. How to Request a Refund
Email digibog@digibog.com within 30 days of your purchase and include your order number. A short note about what did not work is welcome but not required.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
6. Purchases Made Through Gumroad
Some DigiBog products are also sold through Gumroad. Those orders are handled by Gumroad under the same 30-day guarantee, requested through Gumroad rather than by email.
7. Fair Use
This guarantee exists so you can buy without risk. We may decline a request from someone who repeatedly buys and refunds the same or similar products.
