1. Digital Products
We sell digital products including e-books, guides, fillable workbooks and checklists, prompt packs, audio series, and templates. Every product page states its format and what you receive. Nothing is shipped; all products are delivered as downloads right after payment.
2. Prices and Payments
All prices are in US dollars and are one-time payments, with no subscription. Payments are processed securely by Stripe or PayPal. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already paid for.
3. Delivery and Access
After payment you get a download link on the order page and by email. You can re-download your files at any time. If a download does not arrive, contact us and we will deliver it.
4. Refunds
Every purchase is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee: email digibog@digibog.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number and we will refund it in full, no reason needed. We also refund at any time if you never received access to your download, if a file is defective and we cannot provide a working replacement, or if you were charged more than once for the same product. 5. Your License
Each purchase gives one person a personal-use license. You may use, fill in and print the files as often as you like for yourself. You may not share, resell, sublicense or redistribute the files, or offer them as part of another product. For team or business use, contact us.
6. Intellectual Property
All products and site content are owned by, or licensed to, Nomad House LLC and are protected by copyright. Buying a product gives you the license above, not ownership of the content.
7. Information, Not Professional Advice
Our products share general information and practical tools. They are not medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice, and they do not replace a qualified professional. Results depend on how you use them, and we do not promise any specific outcome.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our products are provided as they are. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Nomad House LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. The version posted on this page, with its date at the top, is the one that applies.
