Refund Policy

At DigiBog, operated by Nomad House LLC, we sell digital downloadable products. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once the download link has been delivered.

1. No Refunds on Digital Downloads

Because our products are digital files that are instantly accessible upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once the download has been accessed or delivered.

2. Exceptions — When We Do Offer Refunds

We will issue a full refund in the following cases:

You were charged but never received access to your download
The file is corrupted or defective and we cannot provide a working replacement
You were charged more than once for the same product (duplicate charge)

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under an eligible exception, contact us within 7 days of your purchase:

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
