How do the fillable PDFs work?
Our workbooks and checklists are real fillable PDFs. Open one in any PDF app, tap or click a field, and type – checklists have tap-to-check boxes. Save the file and your progress is kept, so you can reuse it as many times as you like. Books, guides, prompt packs and toolstacks are reference PDFs, built for reading and printing rather than typing. Every product page states which kind you are buying, under the Format heading.
Do I need to print anything?
No. Everything is designed to be used right on your phone, tablet, or computer. If you prefer paper, every file also prints beautifully on standard US Letter size.
How do I receive my files after purchase?
Instantly. As soon as your payment is confirmed you get a download link on the order page and by email. You can re-download your files anytime – there is no download limit or expiry.
Which app should I open them with?
Any modern PDF reader works: Adobe Acrobat Reader (free), Preview on Mac, or your browser. On phones we recommend the free Adobe Acrobat app for the smoothest fillable experience.
Do they work on phones and tablets?
Yes. All our PDFs are built and tested for mobile – fields are easy to tap and type on iPhone, iPad, and Android.
What is your refund policy?
Because files are delivered instantly, sales are generally final once a download is accessed. We do give full refunds if you never received access, a file is defective and we cannot fix it, or you were charged twice – just contact us within 7 days of purchase. Can I share or resell the files?

Do the $6.99 checklists work with the other products in the same line?
Yes. Each checklist is the pre-launch companion to its line – the Landing Page Persuasion checklist is a 20-point review, and every line has one. They work alone, and better alongside the book and workbook from the same line.
